Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of the Inet Bet gaming service made available via the website located at inets.bet (the "Website"). By registering an account, accessing or using any games or services on the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms as amended from time to time. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.
These Terms apply to Players resident in, located in, or accessing the Website from the United Kingdom. Inet Bet is operated by Internet Gaming Services, an online gaming business active since 1999 and historically associated with online casino operations under a Curaçao gaming framework (including a master licence reference 365/JAZ). As at January 2025, the current sub-licence details are not publicly verifiable, and the operator does not hold a licence from the UK Gambling Commission. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Website is lawful in your jurisdiction.
These Terms are effective from 6 November 2025 and supersede any previous version applicable to Inet Bet or inets.bet. The English language version of these Terms governs in the event of any inconsistency with any translation or localised information.

Account Registration
Eligibility and Age Verification
- Minimum age: You may only register and use an Account if you are at least 18 years old. By creating an Account you confirm that you are 18+ and that gambling is legal in your jurisdiction. The Operator may request proof of age at any time and will suspend or close Accounts where age cannot be satisfactorily verified.
- UK and local law: Although Inet Bet targets Players in the UK, the Operator is not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission. You remain responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including any restrictions on using offshore, non-GamStop gambling sites. If you are self-excluded via any UK self-exclusion scheme (including GAMSTOP), you must not register or use the Website.
- One Account per person: You may hold only one Account. Multiple Accounts, shared Accounts, Accounts created on behalf of third parties, or Accounts opened using false or misleading information are strictly prohibited.
Registration Process and KYC
- Accurate information: When registering, you must provide complete and accurate information, including your full name, date of birth, country of residence, and contact details. You must promptly update your details if they change. The Operator may rely on the latest information recorded on your Account.
- Email verification: You may be required to verify your email address and/or mobile number before your Account becomes fully active. The Operator may use these channels to send important legal notices, including updates to these Terms and information on your Account activity.
- KYC documents: To comply with anti-money laundering, fraud prevention and risk management obligations, the Operator may request identity and verification documents, such as a passport or ID card, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, and source-of-funds documentation. Until verification is completed, deposits and withdrawals may be limited or blocked.
- Refusal and closure: The Operator may refuse registration, suspend or close any Account where it reasonably suspects that information is false, that the Player is underage, that the Player is using the Website unlawfully, or that the Account presents an unacceptable regulatory or financial risk.
Account Security and Access
- Credentials: You must keep your login details, passwords, and any other security credentials confidential. You must not allow any other person to access your Account. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your credentials unless the Operator has failed to take reasonable security measures.
- Unauthorised access: If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must immediately change your password and notify the Operator via the contact details provided on the Website. The Operator may temporarily suspend the Account while investigating.
- Inactive Accounts: The Operator may apply inactivity rules and administrative procedures to Accounts that remain unused for an extended period. Any applicable charges, balance treatment or closure conditions will be detailed on the Website and, where required, notified in advance.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
Placing Bets
- Available Games: The selection of Games offered on the Website, including software provider, game rules and payout tables, is displayed in each Game's information section. You must familiarise yourself with the rules before placing Bets.
- Stake limits: Minimum and maximum Bet amounts are determined per Game and may vary by Player, currency, or current promotion. The applicable limits are displayed in the Game interface or cashier. Bets outside these limits may be rejected automatically.
- Bet acceptance: A Bet is considered placed and accepted when it is reflected in the Operator's servers and confirmed by the system. In the event of any discrepancy between your device display and the Operator's records, the Operator's transaction logs will prevail, subject to manifest error.
Modification, Cancellation and Settlement
- No post-placement modification: Once a Bet has been placed and accepted, you cannot modify, cancel or withdraw it, except where the Operator expressly allows such functionality in the Game interface or where required by law.
- Game outcomes: Game results are generated by random number generator technology or, in live casino, by real-time table outcomes. The final and official result is the one recorded on the Operator's systems or, for live Games, on the live feed. If your device disconnects or malfunctions, the result stored on the Operator's systems will determine the outcome.
- Errors and malfunctions: In the event of a technical error, misconfigured odds, Game malfunction, or obvious mistake in displaying or settling a Bet, the Operator may declare the affected Bet void, correct the settlement or adjust balances accordingly. Where possible, the Operator will restore your Balance to the position prior to the error.
Conduct, Fair Play and Responsible Gambling
- Prohibited behaviour: You must not engage in abusive, offensive, threatening, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate behaviour in live casino chats, support channels or any interaction with other Players or staff. You must not attempt to collude, cheat, exploit software bugs, use bots or automated tools, or engage in any fraudulent or illegal activity.
- Account sharing and team play: Coordinated play, chip dumping, using multiple Accounts, or sharing information in order to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited. The Operator may void Bets, confiscate winnings and close Accounts involved in such behaviour.
- Responsible play: Gambling should be a form of entertainment and not a way to generate regular income. You should only wager funds you can afford to lose and are encouraged to set personal limits and take breaks. The Website is not part of UK centralised self-exclusion schemes such as GAMSTOP; if you are self-excluded elsewhere, you must not use Inet Bet.
Bonus Terms
Bonus Eligibility and Activation
- Offer details: All Bonuses and promotions offered in connection with Inet Bet are described in the relevant promotion pages on inets.bet. Each promotion sets out eligibility criteria, activation steps, applicable games and any maximum bonus or winnings limits.
- Activation conditions: Bonuses may require a qualifying deposit, a specific bonus code, or opt-in via the promotions section. Some offers are limited to new Players or to Players from particular regions. The Operator may restrict or withdraw any Bonus where it reasonably suspects misuse or error.
- Non-transferability: Bonuses are personal, cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged, and have no cash value until all applicable Wagering Requirements and conditions are met.
Wagering Requirements and Game Restrictions
- Wagering Requirements: Each Bonus is subject to specific Wagering Requirements, which are stated in the promotion terms. Bets placed with Bonus Funds (and sometimes with mixed real/bonus funds) will count towards those requirements only on eligible Games and at the applicable weighting. If no Wagering Requirements are specified, the Bonus will be treated as non-withdrawable and may be removed upon withdrawal.
- Game weighting: Different Games may contribute differently to Wagering Requirements (for example, slots may contribute 100%, whereas table games and live casino may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded). The applicable contribution rates are shown in the promotion terms or Bonus rules section.
- Time limits: Bonuses, free spins and other promotional rewards may expire if Wagering Requirements are not met within the specified timeframe. Unless otherwise stated, timeframes are expressed by reference to UK time (GMT/BST as applicable) and are applied to promotions active during 2025.
Prohibited Bonus Practices and Combining Promotions
- Abusive patterns: The following behaviours are considered Bonus abuse and may result in cancellation of Bonuses, removal of winnings and/or Account closure: using multiple Accounts, collusion, placing low-risk or zero-risk Bets to artificially complete wagering, hedging Bets across multiple sites, or participating in Games or bet types excluded from the promotion.
- Maximum bet and stake limits: Certain promotions impose a maximum Bet per spin or round while Bonus Funds are active. Exceeding those limits may lead to forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings. Relevant limits are specified in the promotion terms or in the general Bonus rules section.
- Stacking promotions: Unless explicitly allowed, Bonuses cannot be combined, stacked or used simultaneously on the same deposit or Game. Where more than one promotion could apply, the Operator will apply them in the order stated on the Website or may allow you to choose a single active offer.
- Cancellation of Bonuses: You may request that an active Bonus be cancelled, but this will normally result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them that have not yet been converted to real money following satisfaction of Wagering Requirements.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposits
- Payment Methods: The Operator accepts various Payment Methods, which may include bank cards, e-wallets, bank transfers and supported cryptocurrencies. The Payment Methods available to you may depend on your country of residence, currency, and risk profile, and are displayed in the cashier section of the Website.
- Ownership and source of funds: You must use Payment Methods that are held in your own name. You must not deposit funds from third-party accounts or on behalf of others. The Operator may request evidence that you are the legitimate holder of the Payment Method and that your funds originate from lawful sources.
- Deposit limits and fees: Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction and per period are specified in the cashier. The Operator does not generally charge deposit fees but reserves the right to pass on reasonable costs or currency conversion fees charged by Payment Method providers, which will be disclosed where applicable.
Withdrawals and Processing Times
- Withdrawal method: Where possible, withdrawals will be processed using the same Payment Method used for deposit, subject to technical and regulatory constraints. The Operator may offer alternative methods where the original method is not available for withdrawals.
- Verification and checks: Withdrawals are subject to identity verification, security checks, anti-money laundering screening and review of your gameplay and Bonus activity. The Operator may request additional documents before processing a withdrawal, especially for larger amounts or unusual patterns of play.
- Processing times: The Operator aims to review withdrawal requests within a reasonable time, typically within a few business days once all verification checks are complete. Actual receipt times depend on the Payment Method and intermediaries and are outside the Operator's direct control.
- Withdrawal limits: Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction or per period may apply and are detailed in the cashier or in specific promotional terms. Large withdrawals may be paid in instalments in line with those limits and any applicable legal or banking requirements.
Refunds, Chargebacks and Bonus Funds
- Refunds: Bets that have already been placed are normally final and cannot be cancelled or refunded. In exceptional circumstances, such as a material technical error or Game malfunction, the Operator may void affected Bets and return the stake to your Balance.
- Chargebacks and reversals: You must not make chargebacks, reversals or otherwise dispute legitimate transactions. If this occurs, the Operator may suspend or close your Account, recover funds from future deposits or withdrawals, and report the incident to relevant authorities or payment providers.
- Bonus and mixed balances: Withdrawals from Accounts containing both real-money and Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable Bonus Terms, including Wagering Requirements and any max-win caps. The Operator may withhold or remove Bonus Funds and related winnings that do not comply with those terms before processing a withdrawal.
Limitation of Liability
Operator Obligations
- Fairness and integrity: The Operator aims to provide Games that function fairly and as described. Random outcomes are produced by a random number generator or equivalent mechanism, and live Games are based on real-time events. While specific third-party certifications are not detailed here, the Operator endeavours to work only with reputable software suppliers.
- Accuracy of information: The Operator takes reasonable care to ensure that information displayed on the Website, including Game rules, payout tables and account balances, is accurate. Where errors are identified, they will be corrected as soon as reasonably practicable and, where appropriate, impacted transactions adjusted.
Exclusions and Limitations
- Technical issues: The Operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from interruptions, delays, or malfunctions caused by your equipment, internet connection, third-party networks, or Force Majeure Events. If a Game is interrupted after you have placed a Bet, the outcome recorded on the Operator's systems will prevail, or the Bet will be voided and stake returned, as applicable.
- Indirect losses: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, data loss, business interruption, or reputational damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website.
- Maximum liability: Subject to any mandatory statutory rights that cannot be excluded or limited, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents will not exceed the greater of: (i) the amount of the disputed Bet; or (ii) the net amount of deposits made by you on the Website in the three months preceding the incident, up to a reasonable maximum as required by law.
- Consumer rights: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any legal right you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in the UK or elsewhere, including rights relating to unfair contract terms or defective services.
Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership of Content and Software
- Rights reserved: All intellectual property rights in and to the Website, the Inet Bet brand, software, code, databases, Game content, graphics, text, logos, audio, video and other materials are owned by the Operator or its licensors. These rights are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
- Limited licence: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Website and Games for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms. No other rights are granted.
Prohibited Uses
- No copying or distribution: You may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the Website or its content without the prior written consent of the Operator or the relevant rights holder.
- No reverse engineering: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to access the source code of the Website or any Game, except to the limited extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
- Automated access: You may not use any automated tools, robots, spiders, data mining or scraping technologies, or any similar mechanisms to access, monitor, or copy the Website or Games without the Operator's prior written permission.
Privacy & Data Protection
- Privacy Policy: The collection, use, storage and sharing of your personal data in connection with Inet Bet is governed by the Operator's Privacy Policy, as published and updated on inets.bet. That policy forms part of these Terms.
- Data processing: The Operator processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and with applicable data protection laws, including, where relevant, UK data protection legislation and the UK GDPR. This may include identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gambling monitoring and compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
- Your responsibilities: You must ensure that the information you provide is accurate and up to date, and you should review the Privacy Policy regularly to understand how your data is used, your rights, and how to exercise them.
Changes to Terms
Amendments and Updates
- Right to modify: The Operator may amend these Terms, the Bonus Terms and any Game-specific rules from time to time, for example to reflect changes in law, regulatory guidance, technical developments, or business needs.
- Notification: Material changes will be notified by reasonable means, which may include a notice on the Website, an in-Account message, a pop-up at login, or an email sent to the address registered to your Account. The "effective date" at the top of these Terms will be updated to reflect the latest version.
- Continued use: If you continue to use the Website after changes take effect, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you must stop using the Website and, where appropriate, request closure of your Account and withdrawal of any eligible funds.
Termination & Suspension
Operator's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts
- Grounds for action: The Operator may suspend or close your Account, withhold or cancel Bets, and/or restrict the use of the Website where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (i) you are underage or have provided false information; (ii) you are located in a prohibited jurisdiction; (iii) you have engaged in fraud, money laundering, Bonus abuse or other unlawful or improper conduct; (iv) you have violated these Terms; or (v) such action is required by law or by a payment provider.
- Investigation: During any investigation, the Operator may freeze your Balance, delay withdrawals and restrict access to certain Games or services. The Operator will act reasonably and proportionately in light of the circumstances.
- Notice: Where permitted by law and not prejudicial to any investigation, the Operator will use reasonable efforts to notify you of the reasons for suspension or closure using the contact details associated with your Account.
Player-Initiated Closure and Self-Exclusion
- Voluntary closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support via the channels indicated on the Website. Subject to outstanding checks and obligations, the Operator will process any eligible withdrawals and close the Account.
- Self-exclusion and limits: The Website may offer tools such as deposit limits, loss limits, session limits or temporary breaks. Because Inet Bet is not part of UK centralised self-exclusion schemes, you must carefully use any available on-site tools and seek external support if you experience gambling-related harm.
Effect of Termination
- Balances and obligations: Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (less any amounts properly withheld under these Terms or required by law) will normally be returned to you via an agreed Payment Method. Bonus Funds and unrealised Bonus winnings may be cancelled in accordance with the applicable Bonus Terms.
- Ongoing rights: Termination of your Account does not affect any accrued rights or obligations, including any outstanding disputes, investigations, or legal claims. Provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law and dispute resolution will survive termination.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Applicable Law
- Contractual framework: These Terms and any contractual relationship between you and the Operator in relation to Inet Bet are, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules, governed by the laws of Curaçao, where the Operator's historical gaming framework (including reference to master licence 365/JAZ) is based.
- Mandatory consumer protections: If you are resident in the United Kingdom or another country with consumer protection laws that confer non-waivable rights, those mandatory provisions will apply in addition to these Terms and, where inconsistent, will prevail over them.
Dispute Resolution
- Internal complaints procedure: If you have a complaint about the Website, a Game outcome, a transaction or the Operator's conduct, you should first contact customer support via the channels indicated on inets.bet. Provide clear details of your identity, Account, and the nature of your complaint. The Operator will acknowledge and investigate your complaint within a reasonable period.
- Escalation: If you remain dissatisfied after completion of the internal complaints process, you may seek independent advice or assistance. Inet Bet has historically been represented by a "Manager" contact within third-party player advocacy communities such as Casinomeister forums; while not a formal regulator or ADR body, such channels may offer informal mediation between Players and the Operator.
- Court jurisdiction: Subject to any applicable consumer rights regarding access to local courts, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, your Account or your use of the Website that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Curaçao, without prejudice to any right you may have to bring proceedings in your country of residence under mandatory law.
Contact Information
- Website and support centre: The primary point of contact for all questions, complaints and Account-related issues is the customer support function made available on inets.bet. You should use the "Contact Us", help centre or support interface displayed on the Website whenever possible.
- Email contact: Where an email address for customer support or the legal department is published on the Website, you may use that address for written correspondence. The specific mailbox and any updates to it are communicated on inets.bet; no fixed email address is set out in these Terms as of 2025.
- Telephone: The Operator does not currently publish a dedicated customer support or telephone hotline for Inet Bet. If a telephone number is introduced or changed, details will be provided on the Website and, where appropriate, via Account notifications.
- Mailing and legal address: The Operator's registered and/or mailing address, as well as any regional office details, will be stated on the Website or on request from customer support. As at 2025, no specific UK office or mailing address is specified in these Terms; Players should refer to the latest information published on inets.bet for up-to-date corporate details.
- Dispute escalation contact: For complex disputes or where you believe that your complaint has not been handled properly, you may request that your case be reviewed by a manager or specialist team within the Operator, and you may also consider engaging with recognised player advocacy forums (such as the Casinomeister "Manager" contact) for informal assistance, without prejudice to your legal rights.
